Inspection is one of the most important act in an independent evaluation of the condition and course of supply / product / site and its construction or. final handover. Especially in complicated deliveries such as large investment sites, the level of supply is determined by the fractional sub-supplies and in no case it relies on explanatory power of the information provided by the subcontractor.
The inspector is guided by the basic documents defining the relationship between supplier and customer, such as contract, manufacturing codes and standards, inspection schedules, etc., and assesses and reports for the customer / user real state of supply compared to those documents.
Sufficiently qualified inspector is able to find out in advance the real state of matters / supply and thus provide space for investor / customer for any possible repair activity. The customer gets the complete information on whether the supply meets his expectations, in particular:
1. the extent and completeness of performance
2. deadlines
3. quality performance
Inspections that are performed during production in manufacturing facilities are shop inspections and inspections that are performed during the site construction are site inspections.
Inspections may include design review, review of material certificates, visual inspection, various NDT, monitoring and supervision or execution of mechanical or functional tests.
Qualification system for the inspection personnel cosists of 3 Levels with a standard length of 40 hours training for each level. The system is intended for use by the personnel of independent inspection organizations as well as personnel for acceptance of customers / investors. Inspectors are certified in ATG CERT system.
